10 Tips for Transitioning to Vegetarian
Jan 01, · Put rice, beans, pasta, and potatoes on your plate for your main meals and add your favorite goodies like Gardein products to these whole foods. It is easy to get all of your essential nutrients as a vegan when you make sure to include whole grains, legumes, fruits, veggies, and nuts or seeds into your daily diet. Leave barrier foods to the end of your transition. If the idea of becoming vegan appeals to you but you feel like you'll miss a certain food too much to commit % to the vegan lifestyle, then start the transition and leave that food until the end. Phase your barrier foods out in a very slow, controlled manner over a few weeks or even months.
This diet and lifestyle have changed me from the outside in: I expected the health benefits and to feel a boost in energy, and I got them.

Thinking about joining your webinar to see if there is veggan for us! After a few days of eating extremely boring food, such as calling a basic salad dinner every night, I challenged myself to cook a new recipe every time I as in the kitchen.

I can only speak for myself here but, the biggest challenge I have encountered is boredom. I like to cook and Transitioon enjoy finding creative ways to adapt meat based meals into no-meat meals.
